Top has waterproof rubber coating for protection, and a horse hair braided loop top for secure attachment.  While showing horses over the last 30 years, I found that my fellow exhibitors needed a quality (legal) tail attachment for the horses we were showing.  I started making show horse tails over a decade ago. Over the years I have developed a tail (through trial and error) that is easy to attach that was secure.  My tails are the highest quality show horse tail extensions available.  KATHY'S TAILS are not made with the normal "glue stick, electrical tape or Inner Tube" method that you see others sell on the market today.  The manufacturing process we use at KATHY'S TAILS is a time consuming 6 step process.  KATHY'S TAILS uses only the best natural horse tail hair and hair care products available.  My tails do not fall apart! If you take care of your KATHY'S TAIL, it will last you for years!

If you order the wrong color, we will happily exchange it for any of the other 6 colors in stock.  Buyers to pay shipping on the returned tail and replacement tail.  Replacement tail will not be shipped until original tail has been returned in unused original condition with tags still attached.  Tails that have been used or altered in any way cannot be exchanged.  If you have a concern about the color tail you need, contact us and we will walk you through the color selection process.  We can also color match for you at no addl cost.  All you need to do is send us a sample of your horses tail.
